Privacy and Cookie Policy

§ 1. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy is for informational purposes and sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data collected from Users in connection with their use of the following websites:

(hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Websites”).

The Data Controller (hereinafter “Controller”) within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter “GDPR”) is Tomasz Zawisza, conducting business under the name P.P.U.H. TechMobil Tomasz Zawisza, with its registered office at Siedliska Sławęcińskie 57, 38-242 Skołyszyn, NIP: 685-187-90-53.

The Controller makes every effort to ensure the security of the personal data entrusted to him and to protect it against unauthorized access by third parties.

§ 2. Purposes, Legal Basis, and Scope of Data Processing

The Controller processes Users’ personal data for the following purposes:

Handling inquiries via contact form or e-mail:

Scope of data: First name, last name, e-mail address, phone number, message content.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller to respond to inquiries and correspondence).

Placing and fulfilling orders for products or services:

Scope of data: First name, last name, address (residential/delivery), e-mail, phone number, company data, VAT ID (for invoices).
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (necessary for the performance of a contract).

Compliance with legal obligations:

Scope of data: Data necessary for issuing invoices and keeping accounting records.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation arising from accounting and tax regulations).

Analytical and statistical purposes:

Scope of data: IP address, location, device type, browser type, time spent on the Website.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller in analyzing Website usage to improve functionality).

Establishment, exercise, or defense of claims:

Scope of data: Data necessary to prove the existence of a claim.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller).

§ 3. Data Recipients

Users’ personal data may be transferred to entities processing data on behalf of the Controller, including:

Courier and postal companies (for shipment purposes),
Electronic payment operators,
Accounting offices,
Analytical tool providers (e.g., Google Analytics).

These entities process data under an agreement with the Controller and only in accordance with his instructions.

§ 4. Data Retention Period

Data processed based on a contract will be stored for the period necessary for its performance and thereafter for the limitation period of potential claims.
Data processed for legal obligations (e.g., invoicing data) will be kept for the period required by law (typically 5 years from the end of the tax year).
Data processed based on the Controller’s legitimate interest will be stored until a valid objection is raised.

§ 5. Users’ Rights

Each User has the right to:

Access their data and obtain a copy,
Rectify (correct) their data,
Delete their data (“right to be forgotten”),
Restrict processing,
Data portability,
Object to processing based on the Controller’s legitimate interest,
Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

§ 6. Cookies

The Websites use cookies — small text files stored on the User’s device.
